The Walker Trio is Gary Walker on acoustic guitar and vocals, Mary Boyum on cello and vocals, and Amos Lovell on flute, harmonica and vocals. Gary’s unique voice, strumming and finger style guitar, combined with Amos on Flute and harmonica, and Mary on cello, join to create a fresh take on some familiar songs. Influenced by Steve Earle, Townes Van Zandt, Lyle Lovett, Patty Griffith, and a slew of other artists, they play a combination of cover songs and original material. Gary, Mary, and Amos, have played at many local venues on the Kitsap Peninsula, and have performed on stage at various West Coast music festivals.
